Focus session · P18
Interaural Sustain
Moves from Alpha to Beta — 10 Hz easing to 16 Hz over 4 minutes.
Choose the full transition or begin at the advertised audio target. You can scrub and extend either path in the player.
Frequency journey
How the rhythmic pulse embedded in the sound changes from the opening moments to its destination.
The embedded pulse gradually rises from 10 Hz (Alpha) to 16 Hz (Beta), adding rhythmic definition as the ramp progresses. The authored target begins at 4 min and holds for 17 min.
Sustained focus
For focused work, the rhythmic structure is meant to act as a stable backdrop rather than compete with the task.
Give the transition room
Deep-work blocks, reading, writing, and tasks that benefit from a consistent sound field. Start quietly and let the ramp unfold instead of judging the session in its first minute. The target then holds for 17 min by design. You can also start directly at the target, scrub the journey, or extend the hold in the player.
Signal, not a scan. The line shows the modulation rate generated in the audio. It is not an EEG reading and does not promise that brain activity will follow the curve. Listening responses vary.

How this one is built
Native binaural at sensorimotor and low-beta rates. Nothing here exceeds 20 Hz even though the guard allows 40: the binaural percept degrades as the difference frequency climbs, so the upper half of the permitted range is deliberately unused.
Listen responsibly
Brainwavest is a wellness and relaxation tool, not a medical device. Session names and guidance describe design intent, not a promised physiological result. This session’s binaural delivery requires stereo headphones. Start quietly, and never use rhythmic audio while driving. Read the full safety notes.
