Jet lag and travel audio
Sound will not move your circadian phase. Light will. Both still have a place on the trip.
Be clear about what does the work here, because the honest answer limits what any audio product can claim.
Light is the lever, not sound
Your circadian phase is set primarily by light exposure hitting the retina. Timed correctly, bright light advances or delays your clock by a useful amount per day. Timed badly it moves you the wrong way, which is how people end up worse on day three than day one.
There is no evidence that audio shifts circadian phase. A session named for circadian realignment is named for the state it is shaped around and the point in the day it suits — not for a claim to move your body clock.
So: get the light right first. Broadly, eastward travel wants morning light at destination and avoidance of late evening light; westward wants the reverse. A trip of more than a few time zones is worth planning properly, and a clinician or a proper phase calculator is a better source than a page selling audio.
Where audio does help on a trip
Four places, all real and all modest.
Masking an environment you do not control. Aircraft cabins, unfamiliar hotels, thin walls, air conditioning on a cycle. This is straightforward acoustic work and probably the largest benefit available.
Marking a bedtime that your body disagrees with. The hardest part of adjusting is going to bed when you are not sleepy. A wind-down block is a ritual boundary that does not depend on feeling tired.

On the plane
Do not try to sleep at the wrong destination time. Sleeping whenever you feel like it is what produces multi-day jet lag. Work out what time it is where you are going and sleep on that schedule as far as you can.

Keep the level low. A long flight is a long exposure, and cabin noise pushes people to set levels they would not choose on the ground.
Do not run a session all flight. A defined block and then silence is better than eight hours of anything.
At the destination

What not to expect
No session will compress adjustment below roughly a day per time zone, which is the usual rate. The audio makes an unfamiliar room and an argued-with bedtime more manageable. It does not move your clock.
